Centrally located in the historic downtown of Miamisburg, the Entropy Brew Co building is a three-story property built in 1900, that was renovated and transformed to new life while maintaining much of its historical structure. We are located in Miamisburg's DORA District and directly across from the new riverscape that includes a large playground, splash pad, outdoor concert venue and large swings overlooking the river.

Lovingly called "the Suttman" building, is full of rich history. It was built in 1900 by Adam Silberman and was home to Suttman’s Men’s and Boy’s Wear for 85 years until the third generation of the Suttman family donated the building to the city. Eric Joo purchased in 2020 when renovations began.​

Entropy Brew Co occupies the 1st floor, patio space and basement of the Suttman building. Our main dining area, large copper bar, reservable community room, kitchen and indoor play area for kids is all location on the 1st floor. Lower the Bar is a speakeasy style cocktail lounge with a stage for live music every Friday & Saturday night located in the basement. Our brew house is also located in the basement and can be seen by sitting at our live edge bar on the main floor.

Above Entropy Brew Co, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments occupy the 2nd and 3rd floor. Apartments are completely new renovations and have private parking. Leasing information is found HERE.
